The applicant, Advanced Laboratory Services, Inc. proposes to occupy approximately 3,000 square feet of one existing building unit (Bldg 1, Unit 1) within the West Chester Pike Condominium complex for medical services, specifically a clinical diagnostic laboratory, which is Pennsylvania and federally licensed, that will be used to test selected genes from the samples shipped to laboratory by the patients/donors to provide details to the physicians to make decisions on treating their patients. Medical services are permitted by conditional use in R-3 Residence-Office District under Section 170-801.B(11) of the Zoning Ordinance.
