The WEGO Police urge everyone to use caution when using fireworks. If complaints are received and violations are found, the party responsible could be cited under the new law. A person using consumer fireworks in violation of the provisions of this new law commits a summary offense, and upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of up to $100 plus additional court costs.
