The applicant, Advanced Laboratory Services, Inc. proposes to occupy approximately 3,000 square feet of one existing building unit within the West Chester Pike Condominium complex for medical services, specifically a clinical diagnostic laboratory, which is Pennsylvania and federally licensed, that will be used to test selected genes from the samples shipped to laboratory by the patients/donors to provide details to the physicians to make decisions on treating their patients. Medical services are permitted by conditional use in R-3 Residence-Office District under Section 170-801.B(11) of the Zoning Ordinance.
