Bring the whole family to this fun-filled Family Yoga class at Oakbourne Park! Children and caregivers will be guided through a yoga adventure to build confidence and strong, healthy bodies. We will play fun yoga games, learn breathing exercises and relax in guided meditation. This class aims to enhance child/caregiver connections, social skills, vocabulary development, problem-solving, breathing and self-regulation. Please bring your own yoga mat or towel.
