The applicant is seeking variances to permit a trash enclosure 9.2 feet from the side lot line where a minimum of 15 feet is required, to permit a trash enclosure to be located within the side yard, to permit 18-foot long parking spaces where a minimum of 20-foot long spaces are required, to permit 529 total parking spaces where 705 spaces are required, and to permit proposed parking located in the required front yard. The request is for a future 3,294 square feet drive-in bank on the northeastern portion of the existing parking lot of the property, known as the Marketplace @ Westtown.
