Event Information

This is an application by Robert & Margaret Jackson of 193 Pheasant Run Rd, West Chester, PA 19380, to seek a variance to allow them to keep an 8′ tall fence surrounding the east, west, and north sides of their property. The fence was installed without benefit of a Township issued permit. Currently, fences may not exceed a height of 6′ in residential areas.
