The Goose Creek Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) and Pollutant Reduction Plan (PRP) for Plum Run, Radley Run, Brandywine Creek, Chester Creek, East Branch Chester Creek, Hunters Run, and Ridley Creek has been updated and is available for public review. TMDL/Pollution Reduction Plan describes the proposed measures to be taken to reduce sediment and phosphorus pollution to impaired streams within Westtown Township and is a requirement of the Township’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit. Written comments from the public will be accepted for a period of 30 days. Verbal and written comments will also be accepted during the Board of Supervisors meeting scheduled for November 18, 2024 at 7:30pm.
