Event Information

This is an application by Bryan Rogers of 831 East Sage Rd, West Chester, PA 19382, to seek a Special Exception to operate a Catering Business from his home address. Mr. Rogers is attempting to operate a food truck business on the campus of West Chester University. In order to do so, the Borough’s Food and Safety permit requires he establish a commissary at his home. Westtown Township requires he obtain an SE to operate a catering business in order to establish a commissary in his home.
