As always, there will be opportunities for public comment at the beginning and end of the meeting, and prior to a Board vote on any agenda item. In-person meeting attendees will be given the first opportunity to comment and ask questions. Remote (Zoom) attendees will be given the second opportunity to comment and ask questions. Remote attendees wishing to comment must raise their hand icon in Zoom. Once called on by the Board Chair, remote participants shall state their name and address and speak one at a time, so that their comments can be appropriately captured in the meeting minutes.
Board of Supervisors meetings will continue to be livestreamed on YouTube, with a 20 second delay. To avoid feedback loops, we ask that you not participate in the meeting on Zoom while simultaneously watching the livestream on YouTube.
